Hold me just a little longer mommy
Sometimes it is hard to remember that the laundry can wait.
Sometimes it is hard to remember that the house is clean enough.
Sometimes it is hard to remember that your errands will always be there tomorrow.
My babies will grow faster than I think, they won’t always fit so snugly against my cheek, they won’t always need me like they do today. These are the things that I choose to remember today while I watch the laundry pile up and I hold my sweet angel against my cheek while she sleeps.
Today they need me to hold them and that is something I never want to forget.
