A few months ago we bought the girls bunk beds. We have been using them unbunked and although they liked them it wasn’t helping with the coming in our room every night. Now that I am settling in and “nesting” I am ready to get rid of stuff we are not using and streamline. So we are moving things around and shaking things up, something I seem to do on a monthly basis.

This Saturday Jason bunked the beds. I really like our bunk beds because they are low, there is not a ton of clearance (for an adult) from the bottom bunk mattress to the bunk bed on top of it but Lela doesn’t seem to mind. Piper is in the top bunk and I am not worried about her up there. It has a great rail and she really doesn’t come in our room much and with the beds bunked I don’t think she will at all. Lela still came to visit us last night but we are working on that too. We will be removing the little beds from our room so as not to make it quite so inviting.
